Delete Account
If you wish to delete your Walking L account, please follow the instructions on this page.
Account & Data Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the Walking L™ app under Account & Settings or by contacting us for assistance.
Before deleting your account, please transfer ownership of any shared shopping lists if applicable. Deleting your account may result in loss of access to lists you created or manage.
When your account is deleted, personal information associated with your account is removed or de-identified as applicable. Walking L may retain historical, aggregated, or de-identified information for analytical, operational, security, and business purposes, provided that such information is no longer reasonably associated with you as an identifiable user.
Certain information may also be retained where required or permitted by law, including for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-related purposes.
Requests submitted by contacting us are typically processed within 30 days.
